NEW ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER’ CARDS WITH ALL SHIPMENTS

From the moment we receive an order to when our products arrive at our client’s location, we’re always looking to continually improve our client experience and quality service delivery.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new ‘Thank You for Your Order’ cards – designed to add a personal touch while keeping clients informed.
Quality Control
The cards are signed by team members as they select products and check all details of orders prior to shipment. This is a key part of our order fulfillment process – reinforcing our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Group General Manager, Josh Sheedy, said the cards bring a personal touch to delivering client orders.
“We take great pride in ensuring every order meets our highest standards before leaving our warehouses. The new cards enable clients to see who was responsible for handling their order, adding a level of trust and personal connection to the process,” said Josh Sheedy.

The cards also feature a QR code, making it easy for clients to share their feedback.
By simply scanning the QR code, clients can leave a Google review about their experience.
“Client insights help us to continue improving our service and recognise the dedication of our order fulfillment team,” said Josh Sheedy.
