Stainless Steel World Asia Conference 2024: Presentation Update

Our International Sales Manager, Josh Sheedy, recently presented at the prestigious Stainless Steel World Asia Conference and Expo 2024 in Singapore.

Josh’s presentation showcased our latest application of Duplex 2205 stainless steel wire cables for a cutting-edge wind fence project in Port Hedland, Western Australia.

Josh’s presentation generated a lot of keen interest from conference delegates to learn more, highlighting the growing industry recognition of Duplex 2205 solutions.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Port Hedland wind fence is designed to endure some of the most extreme environmental conditions on the planet, including cyclonic winds and intense heat.

This project exemplifies the increasing shift towards Duplex 2205, which is rapidly replacing traditional galvanized options in heavy industrial applications due to its superior strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
