Swaging

At Arcus Wire Group we like to assist our customers with technical knowledge, manufacture and in many cases design input. With over 60 years of manufacturing experience on some of the world's largest projects, we can assist our customers with all swaging requirements. 

We provided detailed drawings to our customers before all manufacturing to assure quality control. All cables are made with the correct allowances, to allow easy installation and long lasting wires.

In our NSW branch we have the following facilities;

1. SAHM 1224 Cutting and Annealing Machine. This wire rope cutting and annealing machine are intended for wire ropes ranging from 4mm-30mm. This machine enables the ends of the wire rope to be conically tapered. 
2. 550t Vertical Swaging Machine. This machine allows us to Vertically swage cables up to 34mm.
3. Roll Swaging. We have several Roll Swaging machines allowing us to swage cables up to 28mm or 1'1/2". 
4. SAHM 25t Electro-Hydraulic. Our 25t Electro-Hydraulic Swaging Press is particularly suitable as an entry-level model for swaging. This is mainly used for Balustrading due to its incredibly fast up and down motion. 
5. HMP Swaging Machine. The only machine of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. This machine allows us to swage balustrading wires in a unique way. No Fin and polished fittings are the results of swaging. 

In our QLD branch we have the following facilities;

1. 100t Vertical Swaging Machine. This machine allows us to Vertically swage cables up to 12mm.
2. Roll Swaging. We have several Roll Swaging machines allowing us to swage cables up to 28mm or 1'1/2".
3. SAHM 25t Electro-Hydraulic. Our 25t Electro-Hydraulic Swaging Press is particularly suitable as an entry-level model for swaging. This is mainly used for Balustrading due to its incredibly fast up and down motion.

In our Thailand branch we have the following facilities;

1. A500 Roll Swager. This machine allows us to swage from 16mm-40mm. This is the largest roll swager on the market.
