SAVING CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY

Saving the purchase costs of wire cutting and swaging equipment, a growing number of customers are making use of our cable manufacturing services to order cables ‘custom-made’ for their projects. In addition, the time saving frees customers to deliver other work while our expert teams manufacture cables of any size or complexity.

EXPERT TEAM

With a combined total of over 65 years’ experience, our expert team is fully trained on all cable assembly equipment and can swage cables from small diameter cables through to large 316, duplex 2205 and galvanised cables for heavy industrial applications.

STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT

Fully equipped to manufacture the most technically challenging cable assemblies, our manufacturing equipment includes:

vertical presses ranging from 25t to 500t;
roll swaging machines for wire rope sizes 1mm to 40mm; and
fully automatic cutting machines capable of cutting wire ropes from 5mm to 28 mm.

NEW CABLE MANUFACTUING ORDERS

As we kick-off the new year in 2024, our teams are busy manufacturing a range of new orders for projects including:

Cables for a new residential high-rise in Perth, Western Australia

Wire – 4mm 1×19 hamma® X wire rope
Fittings – hamma® Industrial swage studs and female adjusters

The cables will be installed in a vertical green screen using our green wall standoffs.

Cables for a mining application

Wire – 20mm 6×19 hamma® X wire
Fittings – 27mm hamma® Optima jaw-jaw fittings

After manufacturing, the cables will be load tested by our team on our in-house test beds. Full test certificates will be provided with delivery.

GIVING YOU CONFIDENCE – QUALITY TESTING

We offer mill certificates at no additional cost for all wire rope orders upon request. For cable assemblies, we provide competitively priced testing on our 60t and 300t Test Beds which provide proof of performance – giving customers confidence that cable assemblies meet project specifications.

AWARD WINNING CABLE MANUFACTURE

In 2022, we were awarded Fabricator of the Year by ASSDA and the Silver Award from World Stainless for our supply of 2205 duplex stainless steel cables for an underwater application in Israel. See more at this link.

FAST TURNAROUND - WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We deliver fast turnaround for cable manufacturing orders ranging from shade sails, irrigation, and balustrading. Larger, high-volume orders are managed via our onsite scheduling team.
